PROGRAM OVERVIEW: The Emergency Response Team (ERT) 2a training exercise is designed to provide hands-on training with a building by building approach. Your ERT members will act out their roles to reinforce essential procedures using real life, practical scenario training.
ERT 2a will fulfill your OSHA (1910.38) requirement for education related to emergency action plans including alarms, exit routes, accounting procedures and procedures for personnel who shut down or manage equipment during evacuation.
COURSE AGENDA:
Practice in specific roles and training in use of evacuation equipment using a live walkthrough rehearsal
Practical experience in communication and leadership by directing others in a real-time drill exercise with the Incident Command Team
Post-exercise debriefing to continue learning and reinforce procedures
