PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) 3 training is designed to provide a fundamental understanding of your company’s site specific procedures necessary for a quick and effective response to medical emergencies while awaiting professional assistance.

OSHA (1910.38c5 & 6) specifically requires education related to procedures to be followed by employees performing rescue or medical duties and the name or job title of every employee who may be contacted by employees for more information.

COURSE AGENDA:

• How to recognize a medical emergency
• Effective activation of Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
• Teamwork in the workplace response
• Review of basic medical priorities
